Das dritte Album der floorJIVERS ist da! Wie immer steckt Bernd Delbrügge dahinter, Saxofonist und Mastermind der Gruppe. Mit dabei: die Coproduzenten DJ Dr. Green (aka Axel Erbstößer) und Keyboarder Gero Körner, die neben Delbrügges kongenialem Bläserpartner Ebasa Pallada (Trompete) zur Livebesetzung zählen.

Diesmal hat Delbrügge noch eine handverlesene Schar exquisiter Kollegen ins Studio gebeten. Zusammen haben sie vierzehn Songs aufgenommen. Ob Duke Ellingtons "Caravan", J.J. Cales "Cajun Moon" oder "Master and Servant" von Depeche Mode - die floorJIVERS beamen große Pop- und Jazzklassiker ins dritte Jahrtausend.

Mit "Liegewiese" haben sie den perfekten Sommersong fürs Freibad geschrieben, mit "Atlantique" den groovy Reisebegleiter nach Südfrankreich, und mit "Italian Girl from Mars" den interstellaren Kopfhörer-Trip nach Alpha Centauri.

"Songbook" - eine urbane Exkursion entlang der Schnittstellen von Loungejazz und funky Housetunes, zugleich eine wunderbare Melange von Sonne, Meer und Vollmond.

Und bei einem Glas kalten Rosé lässt es sich dazu auch ganz herrlich chillen.
